Digital's Motor Analyzing System has been developed to assist motor repair shops and plant maintenance organizations to effectively plan and manage their electric motor rebuild process. The system utilizes the latest data acquisition techniques and measures each motor phase for precise calculation of a motor's operating efficiency for scheduling maintenance or new motor procurement. All test procedures are based upon IEEE Standard 112 Method E and the MAS-1000LA also tracks stator loss and start-up current. A standard package of reports is available for certification and record of all rewind activity performed.
